Move with your breath, build alignment, and seek a more dynamic practice that strengthens and lengthens.
Yin
Tapping out of the musculature and into the denser fibers of the tissues as we dive into fewer postures holding from one to 6 minutes at a time. A practice ideal for optimizing, when you want to slow down the body and quiet the mind.
Restorative
Even fewer poses than yin, a restorative practice for healing and restoration as we hold poses anywhere from five to 20 minutes at a time.
Pranayama
Depending on your current inner state, we can determine the best breathing technique to bring you to equalibirum.
Meditations
Root down in a comfortable posture as I guide you through a trauma-informed meditation with enough silence to go around.
